There is black spots on the tv from dead pixels from shipping. There is 2 lines of dead pixels aswell. we were unable to do dead pixel testing and the landscape photos as we were locked out of access as we needed to sign up with roku tv to access these apps, however the stated issues were noticeable without needed to use these testing methods. See photos attached.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
