Item has a minor crack in the cable connection which is not near any wires and did not impact the lock's function during testing, minor scuffs on the interior assembly likely due to shipping, see photos. Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, nick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
