Item was tested for power and function, the lights, heat, fan, and flames work. The touch sensor coils were stretched but still function and may need replacement or repair. Item show signs of previous installation and may need additional hardware for full assembly. One of the frame brackets is bent out of shape and makes the glass frame hang a little unevenly but this appears to be fixable/ able to be bent back into shape. The tray is also missing, we are unsure if this is replaceable but is not necessary for the overall function of the item. Remote works and connects. Item will have fingerprints on the glass from inspection, clean before use.
