Please note that the item does not include the cup holder. There are evident signs of previous use (Stains & Debris), however the item seems to be complete and in full working condition. The hardware that secures the back wheels is missing and you will need to install generic before proper safe use. (Please See Photos)

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
