Upon inspection we have found that this item has power once plugged in and the remote has power with batteries however when we tried to test this item with the remote the treadmill did not respond to pressing the start and increase speed buttons, this seems to be a internal issue with the treadmill, this treadmill may be able to work with repairs. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
