contents brand new, the original seal looked like it was still in tact but the box had enough damage from shipping that we wanted to open it up to ensure the quality

This item has been handled or tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed complete and or working with no visible issues. The contents inside will still be in sealed bags and or cords untouched. Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
