during inspection of this item one of the rolls on the top has a yellow stain from shipment there was some what smells like laundry softener spilt on to the bag but theres a rip in the top please see photos

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
