Appears to be new but has several scratches on the plastic barrel - look to be from a box cutter. Does not effect function of item. See photos.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
