Item was tested for basic power and does produce sound however the lights behind the eyes on the cart do not appear to light up. Item has TWO drawer compartments for storage; one opens without issue while the other is jammed shut. It appears to being holding what looks like the sticker pages or other paper materials inside of it. It can be FORCED open but may break if done so. To prevent damages, we did not attempt this during inspection.
