One of the wheels is broken and will likely not roll smoothly when attached. Additionally, there is a good amount of dirt/grass residue on the interior and exterior of the chipper as well as on most other parts, indicating prior use - see photos. Outside of the damaged wheel and mess, appears to be in good condition with no other visible damage or obvious issues.
