Please note the tree appeared new but the silica sand ball packs had torn open and spilt around the box so the pieces may need to be vacuumed to remove the rest of the dust/balls.

OPEN - NEW OR APPEARS NEW: Item arrived open when normally factory sealed. From our observation the item appears unused and was opened for an unknown reason.
