Please read full notes and see photos: - The item appears very lightly used and the accessories remains sealed - There is a bend and crack on the plastic locking knob (part #TH79JV) that will need to be replaced from Thule Canada. - There is also a bend on the metal plate wedge mechanism underneath that can be compromising the integrity of the item. You will have to remove the plastic housing and check whether the integrity has been compromised. If it has, then you can also order the stinger / lower tube assembly.
