The mechanism of the toy blade appears to be broken and it does not spin when the mower is powered on, though all other functions appear normal. Additionally, there is the presence of some dirt on the seat, footrest area, and wheels indicating some prior use - see photos. Outside of the light mess and the blade not spinning, appears to be in good condition with no visible damage or other obvious issues.
