Please note that there appears to be an issue with the motherboard/control unit. During setup, the unit displays the language selection page, followed by the Auto Z Progress page. Once the Auto Z process begins, the control unit restarts on its own and returns to the language setup page. This cycle keeps repeating, preventing the setup process from being completed. Due to this issue, we were unable to proceed further or fully test the unit. There are also scratch marks on the heating pad and on the sides of the unit due to previous use. May generic hardware to install the product.
