The axle required to attach the front wheel is missing and the holes for the pedals appear to be slightly stripped. The handlebars are also already attached, indicating some prior handling/assembly - see photos. Outside of these issues, the bike appears to be in good condition with no visible major damage, and all power functions and charging appear normal. If customer can replace the front axle and get the pedals to screw in properly, the bike should be usable without any problems.
