The foam on the right side of the headrest is lightly damaged, resulting in this part bending and being less stable than it should. This should not greatly affect the overall use of the seat, but customer may want to repair this in order to prevent the damage from worsening - see photos. Outside of this, appears to be in new condition with no other visible issues.
