Some light dust/debris on/inside the robot vacuum. Item was connected via the app but during our testing/inspection we encountered a problem/issue. The power switch on base station is a little loose/finicky and as a result doesn't always continuously keep power at the base station which as a result also does not properly charge the robot vacuum. As a result of this, the customer will need to address/fix this issue in order to use item as intended. Also, the dustbin bag for the base assembly is missing.
