The fabric is heavily weathered and there is a great amount of dirt and scuffing on the exterior and wheels, as well as a small rip in the fabric in the corner of the footrest indicating a considerable amount of prior use - see photos. However outside of the overall wear and cleanliness, there does not appear to be any major damage to any part or any obvious function issues.
