The unit cannot be reset or removed from the previous account using the physical buttons on the mower or through the ECOVACS application. Based on our research, account removal or resetting may require assistance from ECOVACS Customer Support. The new owner may need to contact ECOVACS directly to reset the unit. The trimmer brush is missing from the original packaging.
