There is heavy rusting on much of the base/frame and front grip, indicating prior use or a long period of storage in poor conditions - see photos. Though the appearance is rough, function of the pedals and resistance adjustment appear to be normal and there is no major damage visible. Should be usable without any issues, though customer may want to perform some maintenance in order to improve performance.
