Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network/environment. There is dust/debris on/inside both the base station and robot vacuum from previous use. There is residue present in both the clean and dirty water tanks of the base station. There is some wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pads of the robot vacuum. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some parts of the housing. Please note that some of the additional mop pad replacements and dustbin bags are missing as a result from the item being previously used. Also, according to the health in the app, there is some general maintenance that will be required and we recommend doing this maintenance before using the robot vacuum.
