This item has a lot of dents, scratches, scuffs, and is dirty. The prongs for the plug are a little dented and the plug has a lot of damage. One of the shelves broke so it has one less shelf and there are bits of broken glass in it. This item has been tested for power and it is very weak after 15 minutes.
