As it is, we could not get this item to turn on while plugged in, it might have a power issue or require plugged into its printer as well as an outlet to turn on. We could not find it in the same colour, so it's possibly a different version or the white plastic has darkened over time as this model is from 2007 There is a small discolouration in the shape of a square on the front, left to the screen These issues aside, scanner does appear to be unused and otherwise new.
