Heavy dirt stains, fraying on the material, deep cuts , cracks and fraying on the wood feet from previous heavy use, pink stains keep in mind this couch has been previously assembled, some of the wood legs are loose due missing hardware, additional hardware will need ti be acquired elsewhwre, their is major isssue with the feet on the sectional chaise, the stictching that attaches the wood legs are ripped, this will require reattachment through repairs, see photos
