Item marked with issue as we can't determine if the item is working as intended (requires setting up that is beyond our capabilities in our current environment). The unit has power when it is on the charger but doesn't power on otherwise, which might be an issue with the item itself or might be a functionality issue that stems from not being able to fully setup the item.
