The scooter powers on, but when trying to accelerate the display shows an error code and maintenance light indicating some kind of issue with the motor or front wheel. This may be fixable if customer is willing to do some maintenance/repair work on their own, but the scooter is not reliably usable in it's current state. Additionally, it appears to have seen a great deal of use as the front wheel is incredibly worn and there are scuffs and scratches in many places on the body. The kickstand is also missing and there is no charger included - see photos.
