The mop pads and the manul are missing from the origianl packaging. There are multiple scratch marks on the top/sides of the robot vacuum. Please note that one side of the mop pad frame does not attach or stay secured properly to the robot vacuum, causing the mop pad to hang loose and become misaligned. The side brush and roller brush are attached properly and appear to be intact. The device has been tested for power, suction, cleaning, and functionality via the application. (Please see photos)
