The docking station is physically damaged and broken. The top cover is lifted and misaligned, with a visible gap along the edge. The left-side panels are partially separated from the frame and have multiple cracks. However, the robot vacuum is still able to dock and charge properly. There are minor scratch marks on the robot vacuum and dirt resisude on the roller and side brush. Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network/environment.
