Scuffs/scratches on some parts from previous use. D-pad and back right paddle is missing from steering wheel. There is a bent/broken pin on the steering wheel connection. As a result of this and other factors we are unable to power on and test the steering wheel which is why it's being listed as-is. See attached photos for everything included with the item
