The wires to connect the power are cut, one of the brakes are cut. Their is heavy dust and dirt present due to previous use this item has no working power and is missing the charger, heavy maitanice would be required to fix this bike, however we are unsure if maitanice would fix this issue, this can still be used as a bike with no power. see photos
