There is some moisture and some light stains on the exterior of the base indicating some prior use, and the bottom ring of the tube has cracked slightly - see photos. The sound of something rattling inside the base can also be heard, likely a piece of hardware that ended up inside the base due to shipping. Outside of these issues, the base appears to be in good condition with no significant visible damage or other issues.
