There are numerous scuffs near the edges of two pieces as well as stress marks near the holes, indicating some prior assembly/use - see photos. Outside of these cosmetic blemishes, all parts appear to be present and in good condition, though customer may need to provide some additional assembly hardware in case some has gone missing.
