Please note that even when the side brush is properly installed, it does not spin, and the unit gives a voice prompt stating that the “side brush is not installed.” The roller brush and mop pad are functioning properly; however, the side brush does not operate. There are also signs of previous use, including dirt residue on the mop pads and hair residue around the wheels and side brush. Due to network limitations, we were unable to connect the unit to the application for further testing. Tested for basic power, charging, suction and movement through physical button on the unit.
