Item shows signs of previous use such as mild dirt/dust/distress on surface of brush and its handles. Item is MISSING a small screw that secures the head of the brush to the handle. Can still be used but the head may fall off without a new screw installed. Hardware can be found at most retailers. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS.
