Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There are some surface scratches/scuffs on some parts of the housing/frame as a result from previous use. Item tested for power and appears that the screen is intact with no visible damage or dead pixels. Item listed with issue as it is just the TV, the stand and remote are missing. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
