Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network/environment. There is dust/debris present inside/on the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some various parts of the housing of the base station and robot vacuum as well. There is some residue in the clean/dirty water tanks of the base station. There is moderate wear on the side brushes, light wear on the main brush and wear on the mop pads of the robot vacuum. Item listed with issue as the battery in the robot vacuum seems to be a little weak (seems to charge but deplete faster than normal). Customer may require a new battery for the robot vacuum. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
