ink cartridges are already installed (black one is almost out of ink) as a result from the printer being previously used. The back piece that holds the paper up is broken at the tabs on the main housing of the printer which prevents it from staying in place. While this holds the paper up while it feeds, we tested the printer and the paper still did feed as intended. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
