This item is missing part 3 meaning the table top cannot be attached causing issue with assembly, part 3 may be able to be acquired elsewhere, however we are unsure if this is a specific hardware piece that cannot be acquired elsewhere. their are some scuffs, scratches and fraying marks around the assembly points, if the table top cannot be attached due to previously stated issues than the 4 chairs can still be used. see photos
