There are some scuffs on the back housing of the monitor. During our testing we found that there are lines throughout the entire screen from top to bottom and certain areas of the screen that the colour is sometimes a bit off. There are also areas (lines) that appear on some areas of the screen when the background is black. The lines throughout the screen also cause text to be a little blurry. The screen doesn't appear to be physically damaged in anyway but there is some underlaying issue that is causing the issue with this monitor. Also please note that both displayport inputs do not work. Please see the attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
