We counted all bags and only appear to have 45 of the 49 As well, there are loose pieces and numerous bags with a rip or cut and scotch tape over the bag damage As such this set is certainly missing pieces but we checked and it appears missing pieces or at least bags can be obtained through Lego itself with proof of purchase or third party retailers
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
