Item shows signs of light use. There is minor dirt residue, scuffs & scratches present throughout (see photos). Please note, the exterior packaging does not match the contents inside and due to insufficient information, we are guesstimating which cat tree this is. In addition, the installation manual is missing, and we are unable to confirm if any parts are missing.
