Please note that the robot vacuum does not pair with the application. The app successfully completes the first two connection steps but fails during the final network connection step. The mop pad holders, cleaning tool, and cleaning solution are missing from the original packaging. There is dirt and dust residue on the base station ramp and on the robot vacuum's filter. Additionally, there are scratch marks on the sides and top of the robot vacuum, as well as on the docking station. The robot vacuum was tested using the manual buttons on the unit. It powers on and moves as expected; however, the side brush does not spin during operation. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
