Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned (there is dust/debris in the main unit and some of the attachments as well as some minor scuffs/scratches). Item marked with having issue as one of the attachments is missing (there are some misc other attachments with the item but they are not for a dyson) and there is no battery (we used our own in-house battery to test the item). Also on the main unit, where the dust bin canister snaps onto has a small broken piece of plastic, which as a result of this when you go to open/empty the canister it just slides all the way off as opposed to normally staying on. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
