Their are scuffs, scratches and fraying marks, the middle table as seen in the main photo is missing one of the legs, and another one of the legs isnt fully attached, this will cause issue with stability of this table if a method to stabilize the table isnt found, some diy work may be needed to stabilize this table (making or using your own custom table legs) this issue is due to previous use. the tables sides are also not flush they are slightly disconnected, the table top is detached due to not having the proper hardware, their is some general hardware present however we have found that this item is missing some of its hardware meaning hardware will need to be acquired elsewhere, please keep in mind that their may be some specific hardware needed that cannot be acquired elsewhere. we were unable to test the fire table due to its nature. their are some black dust scuffs and stains, the arms for the chairs and sofas will need to be attached but please keep in mind as previously stated that this item is missing specific hardware needed for assembly that may not be available elsewhere to be acquired, this is a large 5 piece set that will require a large vehicle and multiple people for pickup. this item is missing a reed button for the fire table, this seems to be necessary to turn on the fire table, with this button being missing the fire table may be unusable. please keep in mind this does not include the black cover that is stated to be included with this item on retail sites. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
