Their is a heavy amount of dirt stains, leftover water , grass, leaves / cobwebs, small cuts that should be duct taped over, some decolorization on the tubing systems indicating previous use, this item has been tested for power and is confirmed to have working power however we were unable to test for function due to its nature, heavy cleaning and maintenance is highly recommended before use . see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
