Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. Item tested for power and charging only. Unable to fully test the item due to it's nature and due to the fact that the item is missing the dustbin assembly, the main roller brush and the wet mop pad assembly and mop pad. Customer will require purchasing these pieces in order to use the item as intended.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
