Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality via the buttons on the robot vacuum. Unable to fully test item due to its nature and the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris/hair on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. There is residue in the dirty/clean water tanks of the base station. There is wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pads of the robot vacuum. The robot vacuum also has some scuffs/scratches on the housing. Please note that the dustbin bag is missing from the base station, and customer will require purchasing one in order to use the item 100%.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
