Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. There is light dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. The clean/dirty water tanks in the base station have residue in them. The side brush and main brush of the robot vacuum have light wear. Item marked with having issue as it is missing the mop pads and mop pad attachments for the robot vacuum. The dust bin bag, auto-detergent container, plastic bottom tray piece from the base station as well as the plastic ramp piece for the base station are also missing. As a result of missing the ramp piece, the robot vacuum gets a little stuck when trying to return home. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
