their is a heavy amount of dirt and grass scuffs / stains and the oil can is empty, we have tried to test this items pull motor and found that it does not start, this seems to be an issue with the internal components that will need to be fixed with repairs / replacements, however we are unsure if repairs / replacements would fix this issue as we cant test. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
