Please note there is a minor presence of scuffs/scratches on the surface of the monitor. We were unable to test for video functionality due to no mini-hdmi cord, though the monitor does power on and display a "no input detected" message. Generic condition statement: *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
